Hsu Myat Noe Htet
Hsu Myat Noe Htet is a PhD scholar at the Australian National University (ANU) specialising in Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property Rights. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Yangon University, where she also takes part in the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) during her second year of LL.M program in International Law. In 2023, she completed a second Masters of Law Research program, focusing on Intellectual Property Rights concerning new plant varieties. With over three years of professional experience as a Legal Associate and Researcher, she has developed a robust understanding of legal frameworks and research methodologies. Currently, she is imparting her knowledge and expertise as a tutor at both the College of Law and the College of Business and Economics at ANU.
